Details:	Speak with operator regarding the E.coli positive samples taken on 9/13/18. The three repeat samples are discussed and one source samples. Confirm with Chris that their chlorination system is functioning. He claims that this system is working properly as he is able to get a residual chlorine reading of .1 this morning. He states that when he took the sample on 9/13/18 he had been conducting wastewater operation. It is possible that poor sampling technique contributed to the positive E.coli sample.
