| Details: | Spoke to Tom on the phone about the repeat positive total coliform. Emailed him the level 1 coliform investigation form to be completed within 30 days and let him know to take 3 temporary routine samples in October. He believes the cause of the positive was using a new site not on their sampling plan and possibly not following the sampling protocol. | ||
