| Details: | I called Mary Lou to see where she was at in the chlorine injection installation. She stated that she has not done the plan review and has not been able to get in contact with the project installer. I reminded her that this will need to go through plan review and installed no later than October 1st. I re-mailed her the plan review requirement packet and a copy of the OHA letter sent by Carrie Gentry back in March 2018. | ||
