| Details: | Received alert for total coliform positive result from sample collected on 9/12/18. Spoke with Topper. He noticed there was a flashing red light on the UV unit controller when the sample was collected. He contacted Kinetico in Meridian, ID who installed the unit. The UV bulb is past due to be replaced. Kinetico will install new bulb, then the required follow-up samples will be collected. | ||
