| Details: | I contacted the operater at the 4-H center on 1/7/2022 around 4:26 pm. I sent an email and left a voice message. All repeats and the triggered sample(s) came back positive for coliform. I provided them the circuit rider contact information and links to how to shock chlorinate their well, distribution line, and tank. I let them know that I will need to schedule a time to do an on-site investigation. On 01/10/2022 I received an email from Darin Borgstadter. He stated that the well is likely the source of the positive coliform. I sent him and Elaine a PDF on "What to do if Coliform Bacteria is Present in a Well Water Sample". I set up the Level 2 investigation on 1/11/2022 at 1:30. On 1/11/2022 around 1:30 pm I met with the water operator out at Oregon 4-H camp and conducted a level 2 investigation. On 2/1/2022 at 10:30 I received confirmation from Elaine that the "special" samples came back clear of coliform. |
