Details: Communicated with Jim Purswell regarding the two violations cited on their water system. It was summarized as follow:

Hello Jim,

You have two violations because the state didn't accept October's water sample from the Walla Walla lab and they do not have record of receiving a November sample.

Unfortunately you are limited to which lab you can take the water to. The water results will only be approved if they are tested in an Oregon accredited lab. Walla Walla does not have such lab though Pendleton and the Tri Cities do; Table Rock and Kuo.

I recommend you giving Table Rock a call. Rumor has it they started offering a courier service or can test the water for you.
