Details:	I contacted Mr. Demergasso because I had not received a response within 30 days to my water system survey letter dated 11-24-2021. He confirmed that he received the water system survey report and understands the system's responsibility to correct the deficiencies identified in the report or have an approved corrective action plan by March 30, 2022.
