| Details: | Karen McEldowney-Hay contacted me by phone. I reviewed the list of significant deficiencies identified in the survey of 7/21/21. Ms. McEldowney-Hay stated she will pursue corrective action. We agreed to a deadline of 2/15/22 for completion of the required corrective actions. We also discussed replacing the chlorination equipment with an ultraviolet light. Initial installation of chlorination appears to be the result of a recommendation made by ODA many years prior as a general added safety measure. Ms. McEldowney-Hay also stated the business has an annual seasonal closure from December 15 - June 1. The farm continues to operate and all water lines remain pressurized, but the farm is not open to the public during that time period. Several individuals live on the property and utilize the water year around, but daily users are less than 10 during the closure period. | ||
