| Details: | The City of Amity had 3 LCR excursions for not meeting their minimum entry point pH level of 7.5 at EP-D. The City’s has 3 excursions in the current 6 month monitoring period. The system is allowed up to 9 excursions in a 6-month monitoring period, so no further action is needed at this time but DWS staff did check-in with system to make them aware of the excursion. Additional Notes: They system was originally issued 4 LCR excursions however communications with the system and review of their LCR Corrosion Control Report and the SWTR report for December revealed the plant was OFF on December 16th and consequently the system was only issued 3 excursions (December 14th, December 15th, and December 17th). System was reminded LCR excursions are issued for every/each day out of compliance. |
