| Details: | I advised Mr. Burnett that the results of the water sample with a sample date of 9-18-2018 analyzed for nitrates exceeded half of the maximum contaminant level (MCL) of 10. I let him know that he must begin quarterly sampling for nitrates beginning next quarter for a period of at least least one year. I informed him that monitoring for nitrates may return to annual after four consecutive samples are found to be reliably and consistently below the MCL. |
