| Details: | 01.13.2021-TC positive sample collected on January 20, 2022: Jason informed me that it was determined that the chlorine injector pump was not adding enough chlorine to the system. The injector tube was replaced and additional repairs were made. Jason and their DRC (Mark Merry) also worked on shock chlorinating and flushing the system. At this time, chlorine levels are still higher than normal in the system. Jason will continue to monitor the free chlorines in the distribution lines. I reminded Jason that No corrective action should be completed prior to collecting repeat samples. Next step: Jason was advised to collect 3 repeat samples as soon as practical, but not before chlorine levels in the distribution system are back to normal. The lab is closed on Monday 1/17. Repeat samples must be reported to DMCE by 01.21.2022. |
