Details:	Spoke with Ann regarding repeat samples not being submitted. She mentioned attempts to bring in the samples but the lab wouldn't accept for various reasons. She is sending someone to take samples in to the lab tomorrow. Scheduled a level 2 investigation for Thursday January 20th 2022.
