| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Evan Hofeld reached out to the circuit rider requesting assistance with a recent lead exceedance at Bay Aire Mobile Home Park. Sandra McPherson needed further help with pH and temperature testing onsite to complete their second round of required WQP testing per the Lead Action Level Exceedance letter from OHA. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider made another site visit on 10/12/2021 to test for temperature and pH at both entry points (wells #2, and #3) and in distribution (hose bib outside of trailer at space #29). The results of the pH and temperature readings are listed below: • Well #2 – pH = 6.9, temperature = 57.4 oF • Well #3 – pH = 6.8, temperature = 55.6 oF • Space #29 – pH = 6.9, temperature = 53.9 oF Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider can provide further assistance as needed.
