| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Russ Kazmierczak reached out to Civil West indicating that the conditions were ideal for an MPA test. Assistance Provided: Eric Molten set up and ran the MPA test from the afternoon of 10/26/2021 to the afternoon of 10/27/2021. Follow-Up Actions Needed: Circuit Rider is available for further assistance as needed. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: The test results indicate a risk factor of 41 or high risk. Please see the attached MPA Result Sheets. |
