| Details: | Operator called with results that the source sample was positive for total coliform & E.coli positive in the distribution sample. The system will now issue a boil notice. Emailed the boil notice template, Boil FAQ form. Let the contact know that they will need clean samples to lift the boil. They will hire a company to disinfect the system & try to determine the source of contamination. Asked the contact to provide a completed copy of the boil notice. | ||
