| Details: | 8/10/21 survey noted no protocol for under-certified operators, no gasket for reservoir hatch lid and no ASR reported since 2018. Jamie sent me pictures of gasketed hatch lid and a copy of the protocol for under-certified operators. He found original from 2019 and updated it. Jamie will complete 2020 and 2021 ASR on-line. | ||
