| Details: | 01.10.2022-I was contacted by a customer of Harbor water PUD concerned about a pinkish colour slime forming in the bathroom sink, shower drain and toilet. I shared the customer's contact information with German and provided via email additional information related to a bacteria known as Serratia marcescens. The pigment secreted by this bacteria is commonly known to cause similar issues. German stated that he would contact the customer to further investigate the issues. No additional actions required. |
