| Details: | As is their policy upon receiving a failure notice, they pulled the handle / closed the well and posted a notice on Wednesday after taking the repeat samples. they pumped the well for close to 20 minutes on Wednesday to flush the system before they took the samples and did a Level 1 investigation when they took the repeat samples and didn’t notice anything unusual aside from an accumulation of fir needles on top of the well the piston moves in and out of the housing. The well will remain closed until a follow-up sample is taken that tests negative for coliform. |
