| Details: | Telephone call with Marge this am regarding tier 2 public notice for failure to maintain required 4-log treatment in December for a 48 hr. period. She and Kirby did not know about required public notice to be posted and she asked for the template to be send to their contractor, Oregon Water Services, to assist them with filling it out. The notice has been completed and sent to OHA drinking water compliance and will be posted at the marina. | ||
