| Details: | Called Silas and notified him we had not received his Level 1 coliform investigation. He said he would double check on it. He was able to locate it and notified me that they had forgotten to submit it but it had been conducted on December 9, 2021. Silas sent me a copy of the level 1 and I submitted a copy to the state. | ||
