| Details: | Jim Jans (contract water quality monitoring sampler) called to request a monitoring reduction under OAR: 333-061-0100. We determined that they qualified for a TCR M&R reduction (to annual monitoring). We also determined that Nitrate sampling was no longer needed because this is a purchasing water system (333-061-0100(2)(d)). We submitted a 'Chemical & Bacteriological Monitoring Schedule Change' form to OHA DWS. | ||
