Details:	Columbia Hills HOA - Upper system is in the process of being combined with the adjacent Columbia Hills HOA #41-06118 into one system. This Upper system had recent multiple total coliform sample results, including at the wells. Even though this is technically a Non-EPA/State Regulated system at this time, I highly recommended the system conduct a Level 1 Coliform Investigation and sent the Investigation form to Mike Stone. I advised resolving these coliform issues locationally in the Upper system in advance, to hopefully prevent future coliform issues but also to help ensure the system combining process would be completed correctly.
