| Details: | I resent worksheets for ERP, OMM, and RTCSP to the new contact for Texas ARS 516, Jan Sucha. Completion of these requirements is required for the satisfaction the associated significant deficiencies noted on the 12/18/2020 water system survey. The contact also informed me that corporate owners had decided a path forward on the well construction deficiencies noted on the same water survey. The system intends to connect to local municipal water. I am moving the deadline for this deficiency out to provide time to engage this process with the municipality and with Drinking Water Services. |
