| Details: | I reached the owner of this system by phone. We discussed the reasons behind the significant deficiency regarding setback from hazards. We discussed how the construction waiver might help satisfy the deficiency. I requested that Scott complete the waiver and submit it by the end of the week and reminded him the duration we had been working together on this process. If no confirmation is received of the submission by the end of the week, I will issue a Failure to Correct letter by mail. | ||
