| Details: | Called and spoke with Kevin Farrell whom no longer works for the school district. He directed me to Andrew Kerr who is responsible for the water system currently. I called and left a message for Andrew to catch up with him regarding the survey deficiencies from summer of 21'. * Spoke with Andrew who is the new DRC for the system as Kevin Farrell no longer works for the school. I extended the deficiency for the Operations and Maintenance manual, well vent screen and casing to March 31st, 2022. * Andrew sent an email with the pictures of the corrected deficiencies for the conduit, screen and roof in storage room. Will send manual when complete. |
