Details:	Chad notified me that the installation to master meter to apply chlorine proportional to flow has been delayed due to supply issues. He does not think the deficiency due date of March 15th will be met and requests an extension to April 30th to complete the the meter and telemetry installation. The extension seemed reasonable under the circumstance. Chad will notify me when the work is completed.
