Details:	After several attempts, I contacted Mr. Powless and discussed the procedure for collecting repeat coliform samples related to the recent positive. He stated he will attempts to submit these today, but he has been very ill and may not be able to complete this and have submitted to the state on time. This system has been working with me on installation of treatment for the continued positive coliform samples, as well as working toward attachment of the system to the municipal water for the city of Klamath Falls.
