| Details: | 02.03.2022- TC positive RT sample on 02.01.22 Contacted Eric and provided instruction to address the TC+ at the entry point: 1 repeat sample(RP) at the entry point (EP) faucet, this is the sample location that tested TC positive. Since there are no other faucets upstream from the site that tested TC positive, Eric will collect 2 repeat samples at two consecutive locations downstream from the EP faucet. The system must also collect a Triggered (TG) sample at the wellhead. This is a raw water sample prior to treatment. Update the coliform sampling plan and email me a copy. I emailed Eric a coliform sampling plan template. |
