| Details: | Mr. Ortega contacted me with general questions about the corrective actions noted in the survey. I asked if the system has paid OHA DWS for the plan review. He said they have not and that he wanted additional information about the plan review process. I referred him to Jay MacPherson with OHA DWS, who he had corresponded with in December of 2021, to answer his questions related to plan review. | ||
