| Details: | Phone conversation with Sterling Dailey. Facility is aware of MCL violation. Facility took samples from Point of Use Arsenic Filters after reservoir was low (water used for irrigation) and acid was low (acid did not properly mix with water prior to sampling). Facility has scheduled to have arsenic media changed and will sample from arsenic treatment EP for "Castle." Discussed POU filters (change when needed and check to make sure POU filters meet criteria to remove Arsenic below MCL .01). Facility will collect confirmation samples with-in 2 weeks - these will be avg by LCHD. Facility will continue of quarterly monitoring for 2 quarters. LCHD will follow up on samples after 2 quarters of monitoring. | ||
