Details:	Scott emailed an update to the situation occurring in Shaniko. Currently emergency services (Sheridan Mclain and ODHS Corey Jones) orchestrated a water drop in the amount of 2 pallets of bottled water. Scott was able to procure a 300 gallon tank from a local ranch (R2 Ranch) and filled for non-potable use. Scott and Dave Long (Assistant fire chief) delivered bottled water to all the residents. Reservoir is recovering. Test ran the system pump and there appears to be malfunction in the pump itself. In addition they found the compressed air system that maintains system pressure had failed and was repaired. They have Abbas Well and pump company scheduling for tomorrow as they have a pump on the shelf and they will be replacing it. Unknown at this time if there is in fact a leak but seems logical as the reservoir emptied and possibly caused the pump to fail from dry running.
