| Details: | 02.09.2022-Steve requested to please remove the two DRC’s currently listed in Data Online: - Timothy R. Holmes has not been their DRC for over 10 years - Raymond. S Doan’s last day as the system’s DRC was January 1, 2022. I informed Steve that these changes have to be initiated by the water system. The assignment of a DRC for a water system is the responsibility of the water provider. Next step: I provided a copy of the DRC Designation form. Steve was advised to complete and submit the form to the Op Cert program via the Op Cert e-mail address dws.opcert@dhsoha.state.or.us . Steve may need to fill out two forms to remove Timothy and Raymond as the DRCs currently listed in SDWIS. |
