| Details: | Ron Jensen called because he received a violation letter for nitrate samples late/non reporting. He's faxing over the samples today. I am going to reach out to compliance to make them aware of the possible error. *After receiving clarification, I called Ron back to let him know that the violation is indeed validated and due to the fact that it was collected in the 1st quarter and not the 2nd quarter as required by OAR 333-061-0036 (2)(c)(D). He will submit the 2022 Nitrate sample in the 2nd quarter from now on. |
