| Details: | A Violation for Nitrate was issued, yet the system sample on 12-7-21 and it was received on 12-29-21. The sample was from New Upper Well SRC-BA. The sample sent to the state was labeled from the Old Well SRC-AA, which was incorrect. That well has no access to sample water. I'm asking to RTD this violation. Thank you. |
