| Details: | I reviewed an email correspondence from the operator of the water system for corrections to the following deficiencies: Coliform Sampling Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and Operations and Maintenance Manual. These items are deemed corrected. The water system operator also sent proof of Nitrate and Arsenic testing for SRC-AB and SRC-AC and the lack of testing is also deemed corrected. | ||
