Details: Background/Problem Identification:

Water system is looking to get funding to have their reservoir/holding pond’s earthen dam inspected/assessed.

Assistance Provided:

The circuit rider spoke at length with John on 1/17/22 in regard to the dam and the type of funding/assessment that they are looking for. The circuit rider will reach out to IFA/BO to find out what types of funding are available. We will also find several firms qualified to assess the dam and provide that information to John once it is available.

Follow-Up Actions Needed:

The circuit rider can assist further on the 2022 contract with OHA.
