| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Clare McClellan from DEQ, requested that the circuit rider assist with finding out what would need to take place at Lazy Acres to connect to the City of Woodburn as a water customer. Assistance Provided: Civil West worked with Clare McClellan from DEQ, and Robyn Malone (from the property management company overseeing the mobile home park). The Circuit Rider suggested that the first step should be outreach to the City of Woodburn to discuss the feasibility/willingness to make the connection to the MHP water system. Robyn indicated that her workload was too intense to meet with the City and that Tracy Behjeet from the property management company may be better suited to discuss the matter with the City. The circuit rider reached out to Tracy via email on 1/12/2022 and a response is pending. Follow-Up Actions Needed: None at this time. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: N/A. |
