| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Zach Golik, from OHA, requested circuit rider assistance in regard to plan review for a new storage tank at the elementary school. Assistance Provided: Civil West worked with Sara Gray of Sunny Wolf Charter Preschool to determine a path forward for the plan review for the new storage tank. What the system actually needed was assistance with the plan review process to install a hypochlorite-based disinfection system. The circuit rider worked with the school’s contractor to aid him through the plan review process. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider can assist further as needed.
