| Details: | I spoke with Matt regarding violations for disinfection byproducts regarding late reporting. He explained samples were retaken due to a lab error, documentation shows two sample sets were taken in December. I reminded him to take the samples early enough in the quarter to be submitted on time. We also discussed the lack of coliform samples being reported for the month of December 2021. | ||
