| Details: | I contacted the DRC to inform him of multiple recent violations for late/nonreporting for DBPs and corrosion control. The water system was also reminded of upcoming public notice requirements. We also discussed the likelihood of the current bilateral compliance agreement moving to an administrative order due to failing to meet the BCA requirements from continued DBP MCL violations and late reporting. The pending corrective action will be the addition of treatment determined from the study associated with the recent SIPP grant allocation. | ||
