| Details: | Contacted Ann, she was already aware of the sample results. I reminded her to collect the three repeat samples and a source sample within 24 hours. She stated she would take the samples on Thursday. I reiterated the 24 hour window. Still stated she would have them taken Thursday. I tried to further explain the importance of collecting the samples within 24 hours. She replied that she would try her best. | ||
