Details:	Called Mr. Carpinella and instructed them to collect and submit 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. I also told him to be sure to submit results to DWS within 10 days. He stated that the system was shut down for some maintenance but that they would take and submit samples once system was "reopened."
