Details: Advised JR of path to lift advisory to which the tree/hole in the top of the 1000 gallon reservoir, the likely route for contamination—

1. Prove they fixed the 1,000 gal cistern (a photo and note of when and how it was repaired will do)
2. Take two to three coliform samples downstream of it.

Advised addressing other recognized routes of contamination be addressed as well, and sampling accordingly.

Requested confirmation of steps taken so advisory can be lifted.
