| Details: | Called Williamette Pass staff and asked about water well operation deficiencies. They noted they would have operator get in touch with me. ~15 minutes later Dave called and we discussed that they were needing to still fill out an emergency response plan, operation and maintenance manual, and also a coliform sampling plan. Staff understood. Lance Lindow, REHS Klamath County Public Health, emailed info@williamettepassinn.com reiterating need for plans and manual. Due date extended for 4 months. | ||
