| Details: | Left voicemail asking for operator to contact me regarding well - was trying to reach David Smith. Staff called me back and notified they were the new operator. We discussed having emergency response plan completed as well as the operation and maintenance manual. I stated I would have Lance Lindow, REHS with Klamath County Public Health, email them expectations. New operator, David, agreed. | ||
