| Details: | Operator took a special source sample & three distribution samples on 2/18. All of these samples came back absent for coliform. The operator also took a routine distribution system sample on 2/21 & it came back absent as well. The operator has replaced all worn out & broken sample site fixtures. One of the sites had a worn out swivel & the other had heavy mineral build in a restroom sink that could have been a harborage for bacteria. The operator has also taken the small water system operator training & modified her sampling technique. With all sampling coming back absent, the boil can be lifted. |
