| Details: | Regulator snail mailed to DRC the following letter wording: February 24, 2022 Mark Kelly Sacajawea Mobile Home Park, PWS ID 4101375 313 N Main St. Hailey, Id 83333 Subject: Follow-up to Water System Survey of Sacajawea Mobile Home Park Water System Dear Mr. Kelly: This letter is a follow-up to the December 28, 2021Water System Survey report for Sacajawea Mobile Home Park in La Grande Oregon. On the report it stated that you must contact me within 30 days and correct all deficiencies and violations by May 3, 2022 or be on an approved corrective action plan. It has been over 30 days and I have not heard from you or your office. Please provide my office with an update to how you will correct these significant deficiencies and rule violations. In addition, at the time of the water system survey it was observed that there was active water loss and the well was working very hard to maintain 20 psi of water pressure in the distribution system. I am interested to know if a leak was identified and repaired in the mobile home park’s distribution system.
