Details:	Phone contact with operator, discussed continued bacterial issues in system, went over sampling and increase chlorination, facility will take 3 repeat samples in distribution nd 1 source sample. System noted it did not change cartridge in iron removal system, this was noted in level 2 as possible issue but salt was changed during this period.
