| Details: | Spoke with operator Debra Hallmark today regarding recent COLI21963 alert for total coliform positive sample taken on February 23, 2022 from a distribution sample. Operator will commence taking 3 repeat sample and one triggered sample from the well. Discussion was held about sampling protocol.
