Details: | Since the sanitary survey, Jacobs staff worked with safety personnel to ensure the roof could be inspected safely. When all safety measures were put in place, Jacobs staff climbed to the top of each tank and took photos. Please see Attachment 1. The rooves appears to be in good condition and the hatches are all locked and secured. As mentioned, in the past, the City has not submitted the annual cross connection reports to the State, however moving forward the City of Mosier will comply with the annual cross connection reporting requirements. The 2021 cross connection report is attached to this letter (see Attachment 2) and was submitted on 2/17/22. Please refer to Attachment 3, section 11.01.050 for the City’s cross connection program. Jacobs staff sampled for and reported DBP results for the month of September in 2021. The samples were taken on September 15, 2021, and the results have been posted to OHA Drinking Water Database. The sample results are also provided as an attachment to this letter (please see Attachment 4). |
